Third-Party Fulfilment (Shopify Collective Products)

Some products available on our website are supplied and fulfilled by third-party partner brands through the Shopify Collective platform.

Where a product is fulfilled via Shopify Collective, this will be clearly stated on the product listing. By placing an order for a Shopify Collective product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Order Fulfilment

Your order will be transmitted to the relevant third-party supplier, who is responsible for processing, packing, and dispatching your order directly to you.

Delivery & Shipping Responsibility

Delivery times, shipping methods, and fulfilment processes for these products are controlled by the third-party supplier and may differ from those of Eyelash Excellence.

Product Responsibility

The third-party supplier is solely responsible for the quality, safety, and performance of the products supplied.

Customer Service & Aftercare

Any queries, issues, or concerns relating to Shopify Collective products, including (but not limited to) delivery delays, defects, damages, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction, must be directed to the third-party supplier.

We may assist in facilitating communication where appropriate, but we are not responsible for resolving such issues.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges for Shopify Collective products are governed by the policies of the third-party supplier, not Eyelash Excellence. These policies may differ from our own.

Liability

Eyelash Excellence acts solely as a sales platform for Shopify Collective products and accepts no liability for any loss, damage, reaction, or issue arising from the use, delivery, or performance of these products.

Separate Dispatch

If your order contains both Eyelash Excellence products and Shopify Collective products, these will be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
