A training day built around you
Every lash artist is different. You may be confident with some techniques but struggle with others, or perhaps your work is generally good but there are a few areas holding you back from reaching the next level. That is why I don't believe every experienced lash artist needs to book another full course and sit through content they already understand.

With my bespoke training day, you set the direction. Before your training, you'll tell me what you would like to work on and send me clear photographs or videos of your current lash work. I'll assess what you're already doing well, identify any areas that could be improved and then build a personalised training plan for your day with me.

This means we spend our time working on the things that will genuinely make a difference to your work rather than following a generic timetable.

What can we work on?
Your training day can cover one particular area or a mixture of different techniques, depending on what you need. This may include:

  • Russian Volume fan perfection
  • Improving fan symmetry and consistency
  • Handmade volume techniques
  • Advanced classic lash skills
  • Better isolation and placement
  • Glue control
  • Direction and uniformity
  • Lash layering
  • Styling and mapping
  • Working with YY lashes
  • Working with pre-made fans
  • Improving coverage
  • Inner and outer corner placement
  • Correct attachment and wrapping
  • Retention troubleshooting
  • Speed and efficiency
  • Product and adhesive knowledge
  • Correcting habits from previous training
  • Reviewing and finessing your overall work

These are only examples. If there is something specific you want to improve, tell me and we can discuss whether it can be incorporated into your training day.

Who is this training for?
This day is designed for qualified lash artists who have already completed previous eyelash extension training. You do not need to be highly advanced, but you should already understand the basic principles of safe lash application.

It may be perfect for you if you completed a course but still don't feel confident, if your original training was lacking, if you've become stuck with a particular technique or if you simply want an experienced pair of eyes to assess your work and show you how to make it better.

It is also ideal for experienced lash artists who want to refine their technique, improve the finer details of their sets or learn new methods without booking an entire beginners or advanced course.

How the process works
Before booking, you'll contact me and explain what you would like help with. I'll ask you to send photographs or videos of your recent work so I can properly assess your current level and understand where your difficulties may be coming from.

Please don't worry about sending me work that you feel isn't good enough. The whole point of the day is to identify what needs improving, and I can only give you the right guidance if I can see an honest example of how you're currently working.

Once I've reviewed everything, I'll create a bespoke plan for your practical training day. We may focus heavily on one technique or divide the day between several areas. The structure will depend entirely on your experience, your goals and what I believe will give you the most value from our time together.

Why train with me?
I have specialised solely in eyelash extensions for over 14 years, and during that time I've trained thousands of lash artists, travelled internationally to teach my techniques and continued to develop my knowledge of lash artistry, products and adhesive science.

I am an international lash competition judge, guest speaker, educator, Master Lash Artist and professional product developer. My knowledge goes beyond simply showing you how to apply extensions; I understand why techniques work, why problems happen and how small changes in your application, products or working methods can completely transform your results.

Lashes are not one of many treatments that I teach. They are my entire area of expertise. I live and breathe this industry, and I am incredibly precise when assessing lash work. Sometimes a student doesn't need to start again or take another full course. They simply need somebody experienced to spot the small details, explain what is going wrong and show them how to correct it.

That is exactly what this day is designed to do.

Honest, practical training
This is a relaxed and supportive training day, but I will always be honest with you. If I see something that is affecting the safety, appearance or retention of your sets, I will explain it and help you correct it.

The aim is never to criticise your work or make you feel uncomfortable. It is to give you practical advice that you can actually use when you return to your own clients. I want you to leave understanding what you need to change, why you need to change it and how to continue improving after the day has finished.

Because the training is completely one-to-one, you'll have my full attention throughout. You can ask questions, revisit techniques and spend more time on the areas you find difficult without worrying about keeping up with a group.

What's included?
Your bespoke training day includes:

  • A pre-course review of your current lash work
  • A personalised training plan
  • One-to-one practical training with me
  • Techniques chosen around your individual needs
  • Product and adhesive guidance where relevant
  • Honest feedback on your current work
  • Practical troubleshooting and corrections
  • Ongoing support after your training day

Any equipment required for the practical training will be discussed with you before your course date.

Course Investment
The investment for your bespoke one-to-one training day is £299. (50% deposit required, remaining balance one week prior to the course)

As every training day is individually planned, please contact me before booking. Tell me a little about your experience, the training you've already completed and what you would like to improve. Please also include clear photographs or videos of your recent lash work.

Once I've reviewed your work, we can discuss the best way to structure your day and make sure the training is right for you.

This is your day
The most important thing to understand about this training is that it isn't about what I want to teach you. It is about what you need from me.

You may want to perfect one particular Russian Volume technique, improve the overall neatness of your work, understand why your retention isn't consistent or learn how to create better sets with YY lashes. You may not even know exactly what is going wrong, you may simply feel that your work has reached a standstill and you need some expert guidance.

Whatever your reason for booking, I'll meet you at your current level and help you move forward from there. My goal is for you to leave with clearer knowledge, stronger techniques and renewed confidence in your own ability.

Sometimes a few small corrections can completely transform your work. This day is about finding those corrections and giving you the skills to put them into practice.
